Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Because our products are digital documents (PDFs, Excel files, Word documents) delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the payment is processed and the download link is generated.

2. Defective Files

If you experience technical issues downloading the file, or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at store@labourcodesadvisor.com. We will manually verify your purchase and send you a working copy of the document.

3. Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact our support team. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction within 5-7 working days.
